The diagnosis is the beginning of our work. First, the watch is examined by the timekeeper-watchmaker team. Only then are we able to estimate the measures to carry out maintenance. You will receive a cost estimate from us and upon acceptance the timepiece maintenance service can begin.
Each of our maintenance tasks requires clearly defined steps. Removing the bracelet is the beginning, only then is the movement separated from the case in order to be reassembled later, fully serviced. Now the dismantling of the clockwork can begin.
